Alignment Rockford, a collective impact organization whose mission is to align community resources in support of public school strategies, is proud to announce the addition of Esther Lodge to its team. Lodge serves as the organization’s Ready to Learn manager.
In her role, Lodge is responsible for organizing and managing the implementation of the Ready to Learn project, an initiative that is working to ensure Rockford families and children have the resources they need to be kindergarten-ready by using Erikson Institute’s Early Development Instrument. She will provide ongoing support by guiding the initiative’s vision and strategies.
“We are excited Esther has joined our team,” said Anisha Grimmett, Executive Director of Alignment Rockford. “Since joining our team, Esther already has ramped up our early childhood development efforts to help prepare young children for school, and in turn, improve the outcomes for students, families, neighborhoods and the Rockford region.”
